Property 2: Mexican Restaurant
A contemporary Mexican restaurant focused on bold flavours, quality execution, fresh produce, and a high-energy open-kitchen experience.
Both properties feature open-kitchen concepts, making cleanliness, personal grooming, hygiene, and professional conduct essential requirements for every team member.

What We Are Looking For• Candidates with relevant experience in professional restaurant kitchens.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
• Excellent understanding of food safety, personal hygiene,



and sanitation standards.
• Ability to maintain a clean, organised, and presentable workstation throughout service.
• Experience working in fast-paced kitchens with a focus on consistency, quality, and efficiency.
• Ability to follow recipes, standard operating procedures, portion controls, and food safety guidelines.
• Strong teamwork, communication, punctuality, and a willingness to learn.
• Candidates who take pride in their work and maintain professional standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities• Maintain the highest standards of personal hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness.
• Keep all workstations, equipment, utensils, and food storage areas clean and sanitised.
• Follow correct food handling, labelling, storage, temperature control, and FIFO procedures.
• Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portioning.
• Prepare ingredients and execute dishes according to established recipes and SOPs.
