Role Description The Associate Product Manager will support the end-to-end lifecycle of Talentlo’s AI-driven hiring products, from discovery and requirements gathering to delivery and iteration. In this contract, remote role, the individual will collaborate with product leadership, engineering, design,



and data science to refine the product roadmap, write explicit product requirements, and prioritize features based on user feedback and business impact. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing product usage data, conducting user interviews and market research, documenting workflows, and ensuring that product features are delivered on time and align with the company’s vision. The Associate Product Manager will help define success metrics, monitor product performance, and contribute to continuous improvement of the AI decision engine and user experience. The role also involves supporting go-to-market activities through close partnership with customer success and sales.
