About Us
Everest Base Camp is a boutique luxury glamping resort nestled amidst the deodar forests of George Everest Estate. Our property offers premium rooms, cottages and villas, along with Park Café, George’s Den and curated outdoor experiences.
We’re looking for a skilled, proactive Rooms Guest Service Associate cum Supervisor to manage guest interactions, support Front Office operations and coordinate daily service delivery across departments.
Key Responsibilities
• Guest Handling & Relations: Welcome guests, manage requests, explain property facilities and proactively follow up throughout their stay. Handle minor concerns and escalate sensitive matters to management.
• Front Office Operations: Handle check-ins, check-outs, guest registration, room allocation, PMS records,



arrival/departure reports and clear shift handovers.
• Reservations Coordination: Verify booking details, room preferences, packages and special requests before arrival. Communicate extensions, early departures and booking changes promptly.
• Room Checks & Housekeeping Audits: Inspect cleanliness, amenities, maintenance and presentation. Coordinate room readiness, extra beds and complaint resolution with Housekeeping.
• Dining & Experiences: Coordinate restaurant bookings, dietary requirements, IRD requests, celebrations, BBQs, bonfires, transportation and sightseeing. Support treks and activities when required.
• Guest Communication: Handle calls, WhatsApp messages and emails professionally, ensuring accurate information and timely responses.
• Billing & Payments: Assist with billing and payment collection, maintain accurate records and coordinate with Accounts on clarifications.
