Role Description The Business Development Executive role at Intrainz is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with universities, training partners, and corporate clients, including prospecting, lead generation, and follow-ups. The Business Development Executive will conduct meetings and presentations, explain Intrainz’s training and internship offerings, and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline,



maintaining account records, coordinating with internal teams for seamless onboarding of new partners, and preparing regular reports on business performance. The role also requires active communication through calls, emails, and in-person visits to drive growth and expand Intrainz’s presence.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Recent Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify and convert prospects into active partners.
• Strong Account Management and Business relationship-building skills to nurture and grow existing partnerships.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective presentation abilities.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, or education/training services is highly beneficial.
