Role Description The Sales Associate role at Bajaj Finserv is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City. The Sales Associate will engage with prospective and existing customers to promote lending, insurance, and wealth advisory products, understand customer needs, and recommend suitable solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting product presentations,



managing inquiries, and following up to close sales. The role also involves maintaining accurate customer records, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and meeting assigned sales targets and performance metrics. The Sales Associate is expected to uphold high standards of customer service, comply with regulatory and company guidelines, and actively contribute to local market development initiatives.
