Role OverviewThe HR Operations role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, employee lifecycle management, attendance, employee grievance redressal, HR administration, and labour law compliance.
Key Responsibilities1. HR Administration: Maintain employee records, HR documentation, employment letters, and personnel files.
2. Recruitment & Hiring: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate evaluation, offer management, and onboarding coordination.

Payroll Processing: Coordinate monthly payroll, validate salary inputs, manage deductions and reimbursements, and facilitate full and final settlements.
4. Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle: Manage joining formalities, induction, probation, confirmation, employee documentation, and exit formalities.
5. Attendance & Leave Management: Maintain attendance, leave balances, working hours, weekly offs, and compensatory off records.
6. Employee Grievance Redressal: Address employee queries and grievances, coordinate resolutions, and escalate sensitive matters where required.
7. Labour Law & Statutory Compliance: Maintain compliance records, track applicable statutory deadlines, and coordinate required filings and documentation.
8. HR Records & Reporting: Maintain accurate HR databases, recruitment trackers, attendance records, and employee lifecycle reports.
