? What you'll do
✅ Engage prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp and personal meetings
✅ Understand customer needs, budgets, motivations and concerns
✅ Qualify leads and convert conversations into confirmed client meetings




✅ Independently conduct meetings and coordinate property site visits
✅ Present property solutions with clarity, confidence and persuasion
✅ Handle objections, negotiate effectively and support deal closures
✅ Maintain disciplined follow-ups, CRM records and pipeline updates
✅ Keep building product knowledge, market understanding and sales performance

? Who should apply?
- Graduate, preferably from a reputed institution with strong communication exposure
- Excellent Hindi and confident conversational English
- Smart, presentable, with strong interpersonal skills
- Good listener with quick understanding and persuasive communication
- Comfortable engaging with senior professionals, business owners and affluent homebuyers
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and ready to own results
- Comfortable travelling locally and conducting client meetings and site visits independently
- Own vehicle is a must
