About the Role

OziTutors is looking for a confident, communication-savvy Telecaller & Outreach Sales Executive to connect with students and parents, promote our educational services, and drive student enrolments.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Explain OziTutors’ tutoring, test preparation, and mentorship programs.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Build robust relationships with students and parents.
- Maintain lead records and track outreach activities.
- Work towards sales and conversion targets.

Requirements
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.




- Confidence in handling calls and engaging with potential customers.
- A proactive, target-oriented mindset.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer outreach is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills are welcome to apply.
