Role Description The Program Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanpur. This role involves planning, implementing, and monitoring education programs and solutions for partner institutions. A Program Advisor Role will be To assess & guide the Students for the Programs of Higher Management courses.

Qualifications

• Strong program management and coordination skills,



including planning, scheduling, and follow-up.
• Ability to analyze educational needs, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable program plans or solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage educators, administrators, and other partners effectively.
• Comfort with digital tools Like CRM and EdTech platforms, including basic data tracking and reporting for program performance.
• Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, Business, or a related field; experience in education or EdTech consulting is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in office in Kanpur and visit partner institutions or clients as needed.
