Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced professional from the lighting industry to drive new product and range introductions, market penetration, sales growth, and product portfolio optimisation. The role involves close coordination with depot teams, sales teams, marketing, and customers to ensure successful product launches and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Recent Product Launches: Drive the introduction and market launch of new products and product ranges in the lighting segment.
• Sales & Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to achieve product-wise sales targets and improve market penetration.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate with depot and sales teams to ensure effective product placement and range selling.
• Product Knowledge & Training: Educate depot personnel and sales teams on product features,



unique selling propositions (USPs), applications, and competitive advantages.
• Marketing Coordination: Work with the marketing team to develop product teasers, promotional posters, and other sales collateral, ensuring effective communication to the sales team and market.
• Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to communicate product benefits, understand market requirements, and drive product acceptance.
• Pricing & Schemes: Develop pricing proposals and promotional schemes to support product sales and market penetration.
• Sales Planning: Prepare depot-wise and team-wise sales plans for new products and product ranges.
• Business Plan Execution: Monitor implementation of sales and business plans to achieve sustainable business results.
• Sales Analysis & Reporting: Prepare product-wise sales reports and analyse performance against targets.
