As a CCE, you will be the front-line representative for our company, handling inbound customer inquiries and providing timely and accurate solutions. Responsibilities
• Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer support, addressing inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in using computers and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
