As we expand across New Zealand and Australia, we are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help build our sales pipeline and win current business.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive, target-driven Business Development Manager who enjoys prospecting, building relationships and converting opportunities into revenue.




You will work directly with the leadership team to identify potential clients, initiate conversations with decision-makers, arrange qualified sales meetings and help close deals for our AI-enabled customer operations, contact-centre and digital services.
This is an opportunity to work remotely from India while building international sales experience and earning uncapped commissions linked to your performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and research potential clients across New Zealand and Australia, particularly SMEs and growing businesses.
• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, email outreach and other prospecting channels.
• Connect with founders, CEOs, business owners, sales leaders and customer operations decision-makers.
• Understand client challenges and introduce relevant Arotahi services, including conversational AI, customer support, outbound sales, lead follow-up, contact-centr
