Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Legal Executive/Associate to join our legal department. The candidate will support the legal team with documentation, property due diligence, contract review, and legal research, particularly in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities
· Drafting, reviewing, and vetting real estate agreements and legal documents
· Conducting legal due diligence of properties
· Assisting in title verification and compliance-related matters
· Liaising with external counsel and regulatory bodies
· Utilizing AI tools for legal research and document review




· Maintaining legal records and tracking litigation updates
· Preparing legal notices and supporting documentation for disputes or settlements

Candidate Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university
· 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in legal work, preferably in real estate
· Basic knowledge of property law, contracts, and land documentation
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Comfortable using AI software/tools for legal research and document review
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
