Role Description The Project Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of parking infrastructure projects. This role includes assisting in project scheduling, resource allocation,



and progress tracking to ensure timely, quality delivery. The Project Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and customer service, to gather requirements, resolve issues, and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders. Day-to-day activities involve monitoring project milestones, preparing status reports, handling customer inquiries related to ongoing projects, and supporting site activities such as installation coordination and vendor follow-up. The role also includes contributing to process improvements, documenting best practices, and helping ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
