Job Requirements
Education: Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA in Finance from a top-tier institution, or CFA/CMA.
Experience: 13–18+ years of progressive corporate finance and strategic FP&A; experience, with substantial leadership experience in mid-to-large IT Services / Consulting organizations.
Strategic Leadership: Proven track record of executive business partnering with CFOs, BU Heads, and Executive Vice Presidents on capital allocation, margin expansion, and growth strategies.
Domain Mastery: Deep knowledge of IT Service industry economics.
analytical skills / Core IT Metrics: Valuable Analytical skills on all metrics and understanding and reading the pnl .. Able to lead and handle the planning cycle, various Financial MIS , forecasting skills ..
Tech & Systems Stack: Hands-on governance of Enterprise ERPs (SAP/Oracle), advanced BI analytics.
