About the Role

CodeQuery is looking for a confident, motivated, and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing Sales Team. Women candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate and qualify new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Connect with prospective clients, understand their requirements, and introduce CodeQuery's products and services.
• Conduct sales calls, product discussions, presentations, and regular follow-ups.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales activities.




• Work closely with the Sales and Management teams to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Handle client objections professionally and work towards successful conversions.
• Stay updated on CodeQuery's products and services and confidently communicate their value to potential clients.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, BDE, or Client Acquisition is preferred.
• Experience in B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, IT Services, or Technology Sales will be an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
• Confident in handling client conversations and sales objections.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work in a rapid-paced and target-driven startup environment.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow.
