• Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Working Days: 6 Working Days & 1 Rotational Week Off

Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end placement activities, including student eligibility, job applications, interview scheduling, placement drives, offer management, and joining coordination.
• Build and maintain relationships with companies, recruiters, and hiring partners to generate placement opportunities.




• Guide students in resume building, interview preparation, career planning, LinkedIn networking, and job readiness.
• Assist students in applying for suitable job opportunities and verify employer authenticity.
• Support students with offer evaluation, salary negotiation, and career guidance.
• Coordinate with trainers and internal teams to ensure students are industry-ready.
• Maintain placement records, employer databases, reports, and placement performance trackers.
• Coordinate with employers for interview feedback, offer letters, joining confirmations, and post-placement follow-ups.
• Organize placement drives, career guidance sessions, and success celebration events.
• Achieve monthly placement targets and contribute to improving student employability.

Required Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Telugu preferred).
• Solid interpersonal and relationship management skills.
