Responsibilities
• Works under the supervision of finance controller
• Daily operation of accounting & reporting, including
• GL, JE and month-end closing (GL posting, recurring entry)
• Fixed assets and capex accounting
• Inventory & costing accounting
• Tax accounting and reconciliation
• Monthly reporting as required (BS, PL, expense)
• Tax & legal statutory,
including
• Support VAT filling
• CIT calculation, support CIT filling
• Support statutory audit
• Support local tax documentation requirement
• Support on other local statutory & compliance requirement
• Execution on Sox & Internal control, including
• Prepare SOX documentation and upload audit-tool
• Monthly reconciliation & prepare RCM
• SAP & System support, including
• Support on daily operation regarding system workflow
• Other local finance related matter
• Support on local bank work
Requirements
• BA in accounting
• 3-5+ years exp in G/L, taxing etc. SAP exp preferred
• Good personality. Stable. Good analytical skills. Team-working
• Good English, especially in written.
• Exp in multinational companies preferred.
