Role Description The Health Specialist role at Photon is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. This role focuses on promoting and maintaining the health and well-being of employees through occupational health programs, health promotion initiatives, and preventive care activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting health assessments, supporting workplace safety and wellness programs,



coordinating medical consultations or referrals, and providing evidence-based health education. The Health Specialist collaborates with HR, facility management, and leadership teams to address health-related concerns, implement policies, and ensure compliance with relevant health regulations. The role also includes documenting health interventions, maintaining accurate records, and continuously improving health programs based on data and feedback.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with employees, stakeholders, and external health partners.
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and workplace wellness practices, including risk assessment and preventive health strategies.
