We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and responsible Accounts Executive to support and manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations at Heaven Green Energy Ltd. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounting transactions, managing vendor and customer accounts, coordinating GST and TDS-related activities, performing bank reconciliations, and supporting monthly financial closures.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in accounting operations, a strong understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to ensure accuracy, timely reporting, and proper documentation. The role requires coordination with internal departments, vendors, auditors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance with company policies and applicable statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries, vouchers,



invoices, and financial records
• Handle GST-related activities, including data preparation, reconciliation, and return filing support
• Manage TDS calculations, deductions, reconciliations, and payment coordination
• Process vendor invoices, payment entries, and expense records
• Maintain purchase bills, sales invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and supporting documents

Must Have

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance
• Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation
• Good command of MS Excel and financial data management
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in accounting entries
• Valuable communication, coordination, and time-management skills

Nice to have

• Experience in solar EPC, manufacturing, construction, or project-based companies
• Familiarity with Odoo ERP and digital accounting workflows
• Knowledge of project-wise accountin
