What does the job entail?

This is a VRM Role.

This is a high impact, field facing role where you will work closely with partner institutions to build awareness and adoption of retirement planning, develop strong business relationships and enable long-term growth. Success in this role comes from influencing stakeholders, creating new opportunities and helping partners unlock greater value for their customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and strengthen relationships with strategic partners across your assigned corporates.
- Drive awareness and adoption of retirement solutions through structured engagements and capability-building initiatives.
- Conduct business discussions, knowledge sessions, and customer engagement programs with partner teams.
- Identify growth opportunities, collaborate with stakeholders, and translate them into sustainable business outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing product knowledge, market insights, and business support.
- Take complete ownership of your assigned portfolio and consistently deliver growth objectives.

6-8 Years of experience

Essential Qualification

Graduation / MBA

Preferred Skills

- MS Office
- Communication skills
- Ability to drive Sales through the VRM channel.
