WHAT YOU'LL DO

Design and maintain the 12 collaterals and the printed sales

deck in the house system.

Produce the monthly WhatsApp card sets and LinkedIn

creatives from the writer's copy.

Prepare print-ready files — bleed, colour, binding specs —

and manage the printer.

Keep the design system documented; template everything for

reuse.

Design dashboards, reports and forms so operations

documents look like the brand too.

Use Claude Design / Figma / Adobe fluently; deliver quick

iterations.

3–6 years in brand or print design with a portfolio of corporate

work.

Strong typography; you can hold a system, not just make a

poster.

Print production knowledge — you have sent files to press. Comfortable with AI design tools as a starting point, not the

finish.
