Job Overview

Milagrow Education is seeking a passionate and experienced Robotics Instructor to lead our Robotics curriculum for students in Grades 1st–12th. The instructor will deliver a dynamic curriculum tailored for basic and intermediate learners, blending interactive theory with hands-on, theme-based practical’s. This role requires a skilled educator with a strong background in robotics, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to inspire young minds in STEM.

- Curriculum Development: Create engaging and interactive course content covering theory, theme based practical’s and quizzes by age group.
- Hands-On Instruction: Guide students in assembling, programming, and troubleshooting robots using kits, sensors, and coding platforms (e.g., Scratch, Python, Arduino).
- Student Engagement: Foster a fun,



team-oriented, and innovative learning environment that encourages critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity.
- Assessment & Showcase: Conduct certification assessments facilitate the robot showcase.
- Classroom Management: Oversee daily activities, ensure safety during practicals, and adapt lessons to varying skill levels.
- Mentorship: Provide individualized feedback to students and inspire them to explore robotics and STEM further.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
