Lead and govern the Testing Centre of Excellence for the engagement. Define and enforce testing standards, methodologies, and best practices across projects. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in testing processes and tooling. Manage resource planning, capability building, and skill development within the TCOE. Provide oversight on quality metrics, KPIs, and reporting across all workstreams. Collaborate with senior leadership to align TCOE objectives with business goals.
