We are growing our India-based remote team and need reps who can quote, close and own the customer from first call to delivery. This is a sales-focused role, not a script-reading queue. Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month + commission on every closed sale Location: Work from home (anywhere in India) Shift: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week, US time (night shift in IST) What you'll do Handle inbound and outbound calls with US customers on live, paid leads Quote on the first call (price, shipping and warranty included) and ask for payment or a deposit on the same call Set expectations: parts ship within 10 days after inspection by our certified mechanics Send the Purchase Agreement for signature once payment is received Own each customer end-to-end: same rep for every call, follow-up and review request Log every call, text and email in Pipedrive Required Experience in international voice (US/UK/AU), sales or customer service. Strong spoken English required; candidates with good English and any sales experience are welcome Fluent, transparent,



confident English on the phone Comfortable asking for payment on the phone and handling objections Willing to work 8-hour US-time shifts, 5 days a week Reliable work-from-home setup: quiet space, high-speed internet, computer, headset, and a power/internet backup plan Preferred Auto parts or automotive background (VINs, engines, transmissions) CRM experience (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) US-process sales: e-commerce, insurance replacement, eBay Motors What we offer Base salary plus commission: the better you close, the more you earn 100% work from home Full training on our process and tools (Pipedrive, Gmail, RingCentral) Growth path as the team expands Selection process: resume review, then a short spoken-English / mock sales call, then a final interview.
