IAGS Export Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team at Kunjpura, Karnal, Haryana.
Position: Accountant, Industry: Food / Rice Industry
Experience: 6–7 Years
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹70,000 per month
Location: Kunjpura, Karnal, Haryana.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and vouchers.Handle purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries.
Perform bank reconciliation and party/vendor reconciliation.
Manage GST-related accounting and reconciliations.Handle TDS entries, reconciliation, and related compliance support.
Prepare monthly reports, MIS, and financial statements.
Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.
Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, customers, and auditors.
Ensure timely and accurate accounting records. Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain proper documentation and records as per company requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com preferred).
6–7 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the Food, Rice Mill, FMCG, Manufacturing, or Export Industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and reconciliations.
Hands-on experience with Tally / ERP and MS Excel.
Ability to work independently and manage accounting activities efficiently.
Preferred CandidateCandidates with experience in Food Industry / Rice Mill / FMCG / Manufacturing.
