Job Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Plan campaigns for lead generation, sales, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Create and manage audiences, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and ad sets.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, and audiences.
- Coordinate with the creative team for high-performing ad content.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Manage budgets effectively and ensure maximum ROI.
- Stay updated with Meta Ads trends, tools, and policies.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads / Social Media Marketing.
- Solid knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimization.
- Analytical and creative mindset.
- Experience with lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- Knowledge of Meta Pixel and conversion tracking is an advantage.
