Job Summary

Axiona Consultancy is looking for an experienced and target-oriented HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have experience in HR Consultancy, Recruitment, or Staffing along with strong client handling and candidate management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to joining.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, references, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and source suitable candidates accordingly.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Handle client communication and maintain strong client relationships.
- Negotiate salary and manage offer discussions with candidates.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with selected candidates until joining.




- Achieve monthly recruitment and placement targets.
- Maintain candidate and client records and provide regular recruitment updates.

Requirements

- 6 Months – 2 Years of experience in HR Consultancy / Recruitment / Staffing.
- Client handling experience is mandatory.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously.

Walk-In Interview

Candidates with relevant recruitment and client-handling experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
