Techno Infonet is Hiring a skilled Software Support Engineer / ERP Support Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for software installation, ERP implementation, and providing technical support to clients.

This role involves working both from the office and at client locations, including travel within Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities:
Install and configure software on client Windows systems
Provide ERP implementation, training, and support
Handle customer queries and troubleshoot issues (remote & onsite)
Manage ERP user administration and functional support
Provide technical consultation and resolve software-related problems
Maintain effective communication with clients

Requirements:




1 to 3 years of experience in software support / ERP support
Basic knowledge of ERP / CRM software
Understanding of OS installation, system formatting, LAN networking, and static IP configuration
Ability to handle customer queries and provide solutions over calls
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
