Sales Officer - Delhi NCR

Job Summary

Aeroaids Corporation is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to drive business growth across Delhi NCR, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Western Uttar Pradesh. The role involves new business development, customer acquisition, dealer and distributor management, and achieving sales targets for the company's aerosol spray paints and industrial maintenance products under the Com-Paint brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities and acquire customers across the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, OEMs, and key clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Promote company products and conduct product demonstrations wherever required.
- Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Identify potential markets and expand the company's distribution network.




- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Travel extensively within Delhi NCR, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Western Uttar Pradesh as required.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in Automobile & Automotive Components, Industrial Manufacturing, Paints & Coatings, Auto Parts & Accessories, Engineering & Machinery, OEM & Auto Ancillary, Hardware & Industrial Products, Building Materials, Chemical & Allied Products, or Automotive Aftermarket & Car Care.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to generate business and achieve sales targets.
- Experience in dealer/distributor management, channel sales, or B2B sales will be preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
- A valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
