Job Overview:

This profile is responsible for engaging patients of a medical practice in English and Vietnamese. The role involves recalling patients, reminding them of their appointments, maintaining close contact to ensure appointment completion, and managing patient information in the CRM.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Working on multiple applications to gather patient information
- Scheduling appointments
- Updating patient demographic information in the software
- Sending appointment reminders
- Managing incoming calls
- Managing faxes
- Managing messages
- Tracking patient appointments until completion, including recalling No-Shows and cancellations
- Managing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Assisting with other operational activities as required
