Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor day-to-day activities on e-commerce platforms and online sales channels.
- Upload, update, and maintain product listings, descriptions, images, prices, offers, and other product information.
- Process and track online orders from order receipt through dispatch and delivery.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, stores, dispatch, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor product availability and update online inventory regularly.
- Coordinate with delivery partners and logistics teams regarding shipment status, delays, returns, and delivery issues.
- Handle customer queries received through online platforms, email, phone, WhatsApp, or other digital channels.
- Assist in managing product returns, cancellations, replacements, and refunds.
- Monitor online orders, sales performance, pending orders, and delivery status.
- Ensure accurate billing and order-related documentation.
- Support promotional activities, discounts, offers, and online campaigns.
- Monitor customer reviews, ratings, feedback, and complaints and coordinate with the concerned departments for resolution.




- Prepare basic daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to online orders, sales, inventory, returns, and customer issues.
- Maintain proper records of e-commerce transactions and related documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve order, stock, pricing, and delivery-related issues.
- Assist in improving online product visibility, customer experience, and order conversion.
- Ensure all online product and company information is accurate, updated, and presented professionally.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and basic computer applications.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic understanding of online order processing and inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms will be an advantage.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new e-commerce tools and software.

Educational Qualification

Graduation / Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Computer Applications, or a related field.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,006.00 per month
