Decide whether a fast-growing product is actually ready for real users, not just whether the tests pass. As a Quality Engineer at Talentica, you’ll own product quality end-to-end using Playwright automation, solving engineering challenges such as forecasting release risk across a scaling product.

What You'll Own

- Take ownership of product quality from requirement to release.
- Design and execute test strategies that evolve as the product scales.
- Perform a mix of manual and automation testing for real-world scenarios.
- Build and maintain automation suites (Playwright / JS / TypeScript).
- Ensure strong coverage across functional and non-functional aspects.

What We Need

- BE/BTech from one of the Top engineering colleges in India.
- 4–6 years of experience in testing web-based applications.
- Solid experience in test planning, strategy, and execution.
- Hands-on expertise in API testing.
- Experience with Playwright (JavaScript / TypeScript) for automation.
- Strong understanding of test coverage (functional & non-functional).
- Experience with databases (SQL / MongoDB or similar).
- Exposure to test management and defect tracking tools.
- Ability to work across manual and automation testing seamlessly.
- Good to have: exposure to CI/CD,



build & deployment workflows; experience with Unix/Shell scripting; familiarity with cloud environments; experience working with fast-scaling startup products.
