Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and customer-oriented Educational Counselor who can interact directly with students, parents, and clients face-to-face. The ideal candidate should have experience in counseling, customer handling, relationship management, or sales, preferably in the education or training industry.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Interact directly with students, parents, and potential customers to understand their educational needs.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with students and parents to explain available courses and programs.
- Provide information about educational programs, course details, fees, and admission procedures.
- Counsel students and help them choose suitable courses based on their interests and career goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about educational services.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents to convert inquiries into admissions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and prospective customers.
- Explain the benefits, features, and career opportunities associated with different courses.
- Meet admission targets, enrollment goals, and assigned sales targets.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and admission details.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.




- Participate in promotional activities, educational events, seminars, and student counseling sessions.
- Identify potential customers and generate current admission opportunities through direct interactions.
- Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the counseling and admission process.

Mandatory Skills and Requirements

- Must have experience in direct face-to-face interaction with customers or clients.
- Candidates with experience in Educational Counseling, Academic Counseling, Student Counseling, Admissions, or Education Sales are preferred.
- Candidates from EdTech, coaching institutes, training centers, or other customer-facing sales industries may also apply.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills are required.
- Must be comfortable meeting students, parents, and prospective customers in person.
- Experience in customer handling, relationship management, and lead conversion will be an added advantage.
- Should be target-oriented, confident, and willing to take ownership of responsibilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and the ability to maintain customer records are preferred.

Candidate Preference: Candidates with proven experience in direct, face-to-face customer interaction are mandatory. Candidates with only back-office experience and no direct customer interaction may not be suitable for this role.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
