Job Summary

Syscorp is looking for confident, energetic, and target-oriented Hindi-speaking Telecallers / Sales Executives to generate leads, communicate with prospective customers, promote company services, and achieve sales targets.

Candidates with sales or telecalling experience are preferred. Freshers with good Hindi communication and convincing skills are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.

- Understand customer requirements and explain company products and services.

- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.

- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Maintain customer records, call details, and follow-up schedules.

- Update Excel sheets, CRM systems, and sales reports.





- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer service.

- Provide regular sales updates and reports to the reporting manager.

Mandatory Requirements

- Hindi communication skills are mandatory.

- Valuable communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email.

- Willingness to work from the Puducherry office.

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
