KDC Chits Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and organized Sales Coordinator to manage sales operations, coordinate with the sales team, monitor targets, maintain customer records, and prepare performance reports for management.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor daily sales activities and team performance.
- Track sales targets, achievements, leads, and pending customer follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports.
- Coordinate with sales executives, branch managers, and operations teams.
- Follow up on leads, customer enquiries, registrations, and pending closures.
- Monitor sales productivity and report performance gaps to management.
- Coordinate customer documentation and ensure timely submission of required records.
- Support the sales team in resolving operational issues and customer concerns.
- Schedule sales meetings and communicate targets, updates, and instructions.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field preferred.




- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales operations, or sales administration.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to prepare MIS reports and analyze sales performance.
- Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Malayalam proficiency preferred.
- Experience in financial services, chit funds, NBFCs, or similar industries will be an advantage.
