Studio Covers is a home furnishings brand. We make our products in-house and sell them through our website and Myntra.

The role
You’ll keep orders moving from the moment they’re placed to the moment they’re delivered. You’ll also be the first point of contact for customers who need help.

What you’ll do

- Process and track daily orders on Shopify and Myntra
- Keep order sheets and dispatch records accurate
- Coordinate with courier partners and resolve delays
- Handle returns, exchanges and cancellations
- Answer customer queries on WhatsApp, email and calls
- Escalate complex issues to seniors with clear notes

You should have

- 1+ year of Shopify order management (Myntra or marketplace experience preferred)
- Good Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Clear, polite written and spoken English
- Robust attention to detail and the ability to juggle several orders at once

Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹24,000 per month, based on experience

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
