Job Description –

Trainer We are looking for experienced and skilled Trainers for our operations in Hyderabad and Vizag (Andhra Pradesh).

1. Customer Operations Trainer – Hyderabad Location: Hyderabad Language: Hindi Experience: Relevant experience in Customer Operations / Customer Service Training preferred.

Key Responsibilities: - Conduct training sessions for customer operations teams. - Deliver training on customer service, communication, processes, and operational procedures. - Prepare and deliver training materials and activities. - Monitor trainee performance and provide regular feedback. - Conduct assessments and track training effectiveness. - Support new employees during the onboarding and nesting process.

2. BFSI Trainer – Vizag, Andhra Pradesh Location: Vizag (Visakhapatnam), Andhra Pradesh Language: Telugu speaking is mandatory Experience: Relevant experience in BFSI training preferred.

Key Responsibilities: - Conduct training programs related to Banking,



Financial Services and Insurance.

- Deliver product, process, customer service, and compliance-related training.

- Prepare training content and conduct assessments.

- Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback.

- Maintain training records and performance reports.

- Support employees during onboarding and process transitions.

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strong knowledge of the respective domain.

- Good classroom/facilitation skills.

- Ability to engage and motivate trainees.

- Willingness to work from the respective location.

- Immediate joiners are preferred.
