Key Responsibilities

1. Expansion & Market Mapping

- Conduct continuous market research and competitor mapping to identify high-potential retail zones, malls, or high-street locations.
- Plan timely market entries to balance cost efficiency and competitive advantage.
- Forecast future space and footprint requirements based on brand positioning.

2. Partnership & Lease Negotiation

- Identify and pitch to prospective retail partners, large-format retail (LFR) chains, or franchise owners.
- Negotiate commercial terms, lease agreements, space allotments, and trade margins with landlords, mall developers, or retail buying heads.
- Oversee contract execution, legal compliance, and store onboarding.

3. P&L; & Performance Management

- Own or contribute to sales and profitability targets (P&L;) for designated retail channels or regions.
- Monitor key retail metrics including sell-through rates, average selling price (ASP),



customer conversion, and store productivity.
- Analyze sales data and prepare regular progress reports for senior leadership.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work with merchandising, supply chain, and visual merchandising (VM) teams to ensure timely stock delivery (OTIF) and proper in-store presentation.
- Coordinate with marketing teams on channel-exclusive promotions, co-op marketing budgets, and launch campaigns.

Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: Typically 3 to 7+ years of proven experience in retail business development, key account management, or franchise operations within the apparel, fashion, or lifestyle sector

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
