SEO Analyst – SEO / GEO / AEO

iBoson Innovations is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist – SEO / GEO / AEO to drive organic growth and improve our visibility across search engines and AI-powered search platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute SEO, GEO, and AEO strategies to improve search and AI visibility.
- Conduct keyword research, search-intent, competitor, and SERP analysis.
- Optimize website pages, blogs, landing pages, FAQs, metadata, internal links, and content structure.
- Improve on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, including website crawlability and indexability.
- Optimize content for featured snippets, People Also Ask, voice search, and AI-generated answers.
- Identify opportunities to improve brand visibility across AI and generative search platforms.
- Create SEO/GEO/AEO-focused content briefs and work with content teams.
- Conduct regular SEO and content audits and identify optimization opportunities.
- Monitor organic traffic, rankings, CTR, conversions, and search visibility.
- Track performance using Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
- Stay updated on Google algorithm changes, AI search trends, SEO, GEO, and AEO best practices.

Required Skills

- 1– 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing / SEO.




- Strong understanding of SEO, GEO, and AEO.
- Hands-on experience in keyword research, content optimization, and competitor analysis.
- Knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush/Ahrefs.
- Understanding of technical SEO, search intent, internal linking, and schema markup.
- Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with SaaS, B2B, AI, or technology products.
- Knowledge of AI-powered search and LLM-based platforms.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CMS, Shopify, WordPress, or Webflow.
- Experience in content marketing and conversion optimization.
