**Job Description Summary** The successful candidate(s) will be a Senior Materials Engineer for nondestructive testing and evaluation technologies for Wind Turbine products. **Job Description** **Roles and Responsibilities** · Maintain material and special process specifications for nondestructive test methods and procedures. · Work with suppliers to interpret specifications/standards and optimize production methods/techniques. · Evaluate the use of automatic and AI systems for NDT · Review supplier and service provider NDT procedures and techniques to ensure compliance with codes, standards and specifications. · Service and RCA projects support - NDT process development for field inspection and validation. Interface with services teams and 3rd parties to develop field procedures and review results. · Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and standard work. · Identify technology development opportunities for growth and investment. **Required Qualifications** + For roles outside of the USA- Significant experience in NDT methods including UT, Eddy Current, MPI, phased array.



Demonstrated proficiency in advanced techniques. + For roles in USA - Master's degree from an accredited university or college or at least 20 years of experience in these methods. + Ability and willingness to travel 30% or more as needed domestic and global. **Desired Characteristics** + Strong oral and written communication skills.
