Position Summary:

The Procurement Analyst Master Data is responsible for maintaining accurate and reliable procurement master data across SAP, Coupa and related systems.

The role supports procurement, supply chain and manufacturing operations by creating, updating and governing material and purchasing data. Working with business stakeholders and systems teams, the role ensures data quality, compliance and efficient master data processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Master Data Management:

- Create, maintain and update relevant master data, including materials, production and purchasing records within SAP and Coupa.
- Support supplier onboarding in line with approved processes.
- Manage master data changes and mass updates in line with approved processes and service levels.

Data Quality & Governance:

- Maintain accurate, consistent and compliant master data across procurement systems.
- Identify and resolve duplicate, obsolete or incorrect records through data cleansing and quality reviews.
- Apply data standards, governance requirements and controls to all master data activities.

Business & Stakeholder Support:

- Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations and NPD teams to support business requirements and recent product introductions.
- Provide advice and support on master data processes, standards and requirements.
- Monitor and resolve issues impacting material and supplier master data workflows.

Systems & Continuous Improvement:

- Support the integrity of master data across SAP, Coupa and connected systems.
- Investigate data-related system issues and work with IT and business teams to resolve them.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance data quality, efficiency and user experience.

Key Challenges:





- Managing high volumes of master data transactions while maintaining accuracy and service levels.
- Ensuring consistent data standards across multiple systems and stakeholder groups.
- Balancing daily operational delivery with ongoing data quality improvement initiatives.

Mandatory Requirements:

- 2+ years experience working with SAP Master Data.
- Experience managing procurement, purchasing or supplier master data.
- Understanding of procurement and supply chain processes.
- Experience applying data quality, governance and compliance controls.
- Strong SAP Master Data management expertise, particularly within procurement and purchasing.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Understanding of data governance and compliance requirements.
- Ability to prioritise work and manage competing demands.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and customer service skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency and simplification.

Desirable Requirements:

- Experience in manufacturing, packaging or supply chain environments.
- Knowledge of SAP Materials Management (MM).
- Experience with Coupa or similar procurement platforms.
- Experience with BOMs, Routings and Production Versions.
- Experience with data load tools.
