Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Limited Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Handson experience in development & testing 48V systems for Motor drive/Inverter application (Power level- 5KW, 8KW, 10KW, 12KW, 15KW) Experience in analysing and testing of different topologies of power electronics converters (Inverters for Traction systems, dc-dc converters) Testing for analog & digital circuit, valuable understanding on microcontroller peripherals Component selection and circuit level testing for passive, active and high power devices (MOSFET[Si, SiC], DC Link capacitor, Gate drivers) EOL testing procedure, Calibration setup and Supplier interactions Simulation analysis for time & frequency domain, tolerance, derating analysis MTTF, MTBF and reliability calculations Testing with digital Communication protocols like CAN, LIN, RS, SPI, I2C etc.



EMI/EMC pre compliance testing as per AIS-, CISPR25, ISO Collaborate with cross functional teams for effective product readiness Experience in automated testing, verification & validation tools (Oscilloscope, Power analyser, Power supplies) Excellent interpersonal, written, oral communication skills, enthusiasm to perform and learn new activities Perform Dyno test validations for functional and reliability of Motor control unit. Documentation of test activities, procedure, test setup arrangements Willingness to travel across test facilities, manufacturing plant and vendor assembly locations
