Vacancy – Counsellor & Receptionist

Japji Language Institute, Bathinda

Location: Ajit Road, Street No. 19, Bathinda

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000/month

Job Type: Full-time | Offline

Responsibilities:

Handle calls, WhatsApp inquiries and walk-in students.

Counsel students about French & German courses.

Explain courses, fees, batches and admission process.

Follow up with prospective students and admissions.

Schedule demo classes and appointments.

Maintain student records and office documentation.

Manage reception and coordinate with teachers/management.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience required.

Valuable communication and counselling skills.

Good English, Hindi/Punjabi communication.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Word/Excel).

Experience in an educational institute or consultancy will be preferred.

Freshers are not eligible.
