- 10+ years of experience in Garments / Textile Industry, preferably in Industrial Engineering.
- Lead Industrial Engineering activities across garment production.
- Conduct Time Study, Motion Study and Method Study.
- Develop and validate SMV/SAM for garment operations.
- Plan and implement effective line balancing and manpower allocation.
- Establish production targets based on SMV, manpower and capacity.
- Monitor line efficiency, productivity, capacity utilization and operator performance.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement improvement actions.
- Analyze machine utilization, manpower utilization and downtime.
- Develop operation breakdowns and line layouts for new and existing styles.
- Support recent style development and production planning.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for waste reduction and cost optimization.




- Prepare and review daily, weekly and monthly IE reports.
- Work closely with Production, PPC, Quality, Maintenance, HR and Merchandising teams.
- Lead productivity improvement projects and ensure implementation at shop-floor level.
- Guide and develop junior IE team members.
