Position: International Business Development Executive
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 12:30 PM – 5:30 PM (UK Shift)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented International Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing international business opportunities, communicating with overseas clients, generating leads, and building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new international business opportunities through various channels.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, vendors, and business opportunities.
- Contact international clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Handle inbound and outbound international calls and business inquiries.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with international clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers as required.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups,



client communication, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business requirements.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Stay updated on international market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
- Maintain professional communication with clients across different time zones.

Candidate Requirements

- Education: MBA / BBA / B.Com or any graduate.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good negotiation, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business development and sales orientation.
- Comfortable working in the UK shift (12:30 PM – 9:30 PM).
- Ability to work with international clients and different time zones.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is an advantage.
- Candidates should be energetic, confident, and target-oriented.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
