About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Intern to join our Finance team. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to day-to-day accounting and finance operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, reconciliations, GST-related activities, and financial reporting support.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting concepts, good Excel skills, and a willingness to learn practical finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Support preparation and recording of journal entries, ledgers, and trial balances.
- Assist with invoicing and verification of financial documents.
- Support bank reconciliation and transaction verification.
- Assist with GST-related accounting and documentation.
- Support TDS-related activities and maintain relevant records.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining finance reports using Excel.
- Support reconciliation of e-commerce payment settlements, where applicable.
- Assist the Accounts & Finance team with data entry, documentation, and other finance-related activities.
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

Educational Qualification

Candidates pursuing or having completed any of the following:

- B.Com
- BBA (Finance)
- M.Com
- CMA / CA Inter
- ACCA

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, including journal entries, ledgers,



and trial balance.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including:
- SUM
- VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables
- Basic understanding of GST.
- Valuable numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and willingness to learn.

Good to Have

- Working knowledge of Tally Prime or Zoho Books.
- Basic knowledge of TDS.
- Exposure to invoicing.
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation.
- Understanding of e-commerce payment settlements.
