About the Role

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager who can take ownership of our social media presence, build engaging content strategies, and drive brand growth across digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Plan and maintain monthly/weekly content calendars.
- Create and manage engaging posts, reels, stories, campaigns, and other social media content.
- Write creative captions, social copies, and campaign content.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, trending formats, and platform updates.
- Track social media performance, engagement, reach, and growth.
- Analyze insights and prepare regular performance reports.
- Develop strategies to improve followers, engagement, reach, and brand visibility.
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, video editors, and marketing teams.




- Manage social media campaigns and ensure timely execution.
- Stay updated with competitors, industry trends, and emerging social media opportunities.

Requirements:

- 2–4 years of experience in Social Media Management / Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Excellent content writing and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a solid understanding of current trends.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop and execute social media strategies independently.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools will be an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
