Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for Chat Process in our premium process in Gurugram. It's 5 days working with both side cabs.

Candidates will handle customer queries via chat and provide effective resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer interactions
- Resolve customer queries efficiently
- Maintain service quality and accuracy
- Follow company guidelines and processes

Eligibility Criteria

- Undergraduate / Graduate (any stream)
- Freshers & candidates with 1 year international BPO experience can apply
- Good English communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Comfortable with night shifts

Salary & Advantages

- Upto 4.28 LPA
