Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and result-oriented candidates to join our team as Business Development Associates for Software Course Sales. The role involves connecting with working professionals, explaining software training programs, understanding their career goals, and converting potential leads into course enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls and cold calls to working professionals.
- Promote software courses and explain training programs and their career benefits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into enrollments.
- Handle customer queries professionally and build strong customer relationships.




- Maintain call records and update lead information in the system.
- Achieve sales targets and enrollment goals.

Requirements

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Good verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in making cold calls and interacting with working professionals.
